Wake up -> wash face, brush teeth -> piss -> shower -> (optional: smoke) -> 180 turn -> take a dump -> wash hands. No time wasted, optimal morning routine bathroom.
56 0 ReplyYou take a shit after you shower instead of before? You filthy animal.
Shit shower shave
69 2 ReplyWith a bit of extra thought, you'd have been able to do all three at the same time here. A real missed opportunity.
18 0 ReplyI shave before the shower because my skin gets rubbery and then do touchup after. :(
7 0 ReplyI have to shit 3-5 times a day, so it's irrelevant.

17 0 ReplySmoke before taking a dump?
Shaking my smh

If you take a shit after you shower, just go back to bed and try again tomorrow. I promise, the day isn't going to go up from that point.

I hate that toilet. There's no little shelf for your comic book or to play army men on while you go.
40 1 ReplyWhere are you supposed to put your chocolate milk????
18 0 ReplyHow does it even flush without a tank on the back?
4 1 ReplyYou see that big ass block high up on the wall? That's the tank for flushing. It's connected to the toilet through that pipe

And if you fall asleep you fall backward and crack your head open. Worst way to be found dead.

Any man who can shit with his back exposed is a braver man than I
36 0 ReplyNightmare question, but did they just tie the toilet into the existing floor drain?!?!?
19 0 ReplyNope there's a four inch line coming down from the upstairs neighbor, he likely has a similar time bomb for the guy below him.
16 1 ReplyIt's human centipede: high rise apartment edition

Why? You could just orient it the other way and it would be fine.
16 0 ReplyIt's so you can be sick in the sink.
24 0 ReplyA little bit closer and you can shit, shower, and shave all at the same time.
15 0 ReplyOooh, so convenient.
5 1 ReplyIdk who in the world pukes into the sink. Seems like you're risking a clog that is going to suck to fix. Pro tip: keep a trash can in your bathroom in the event you need to shit and puke at the same time. Then just dump the puke into the toilet.

A poo with a view 👌
4 0 ReplyOnly if you sit on the toilet backwards like some sort of animal.

Honestly, rotating the toilet 90° would make this good. I learned that it has advantages being able to lean your head against the wall while shitting. Having salmonella a very small apartment in Tokyo made me appreciate that convenience.😆
12 0 ReplyThen you'd have to jump over the toilet to get to the shower.
3 0 ReplyI'd take that over the awkward shuffle around it tbh

In took me a while to understand that "salmonella" wasn't a typo/autocorrect thing.

it's like: "- hey, we forgot to build a bathroom! - No worries, I have an idea."
9 0 ReplyJust missing the bidet for the full French effect
7 0 ReplyStep over the toilet to get to the bidet. Step over the bidet to get to the shower.

6 0 ReplyThought this didn't look too bad until I saw the toilet
5 0 Replymine is really narrow like this, but the back of the toilet is on a 'long' wall, so it 'sticks out' instead. meaning you cannot sit straight on it without your knees hitting the wall. you have to step over it to get to the shower. and no window, or fan--or heat for that matter, either.
5 0 Replyhad one with a steam heater not right in front of it but just off to the side. My wife got knee surgery and could not use it for months.

With the wrong hangover you know someone's gonna take that toilet out when trying to get around it / forgetting it's there
4 0 ReplyHeyyy idid my bathroom the same and it actually looks ok if you have the curtain behind the toilet
4 1 ReplyMy brother lived in a flat with a bathroom like that, was completely fine - and it's a decent sized window, so from my point of view its an alright bathroom.
2 1 ReplyMine is a bit wider tho and very modern toilet and such. But the principle is the same.

That looks like a bathroom from a building around 1880-1910 that I have seen several times in Gründerzeit buildings in Germany
3 0 ReplyThe Speisekammer 2/3 of the height under the window and entered from the kitchen is missing. But despite that it looks like the average Berlin Bathroom.
2 0 ReplyFrom my Dutch understanding of German Speisekammer is 'food room', so what's that doing in a bathroom?
Or am I missing something?
