Having been in a few Turkish toilets with questionable sink/toilet proximity/orientation whilst unsure which end was going to go next, I have appreciated such convenient conveniences.
Idk who in the world pukes into the sink. Seems like you're risking a clog that is going to suck to fix. Pro tip: keep a trash can in your bathroom in the event you need to shit and puke at the same time. Then just dump the puke into the toilet.
As I have found out, if it's coming out both ends like hot water, there's nothing to clog a sink.
Idk man, when my meals aren't digested all the way because it's from my stomach, it can be pretty chunky. I've also done both at once and a bucket is easier and more comfortable than leaning over the sink anyway.
