There were 385,000 votes in Elon Musk's poll, with 78% supporting rehiring the former DOGE staffer.
"This guy got fired for being racist, but then a bunch of racists from a fascist website owned by me, a nazi, said he should be rehired, Sooooo....."
Remember when he polled Twitter about whether or not he should stop being CEO and the majority said yes and he ignored it anyway?

Well to be fair, and I do not personally believe this is the right thing, no one said democracy needed to be inclusive. In fact for most of history democracy has been the opposite. So it checks out.

Is there a form of government that is inclusive? Seems to me that the practice of working to ensure that underserved demographics are represented runs counter to the thinking of the average power hungry dickhead who gravitates toward politics
The whole point is for it to be inclusive. Yes it has never fully lived up to that potential but the people fighting and clawing for the last few hundred years have brought it closer and closer with time.
