Yeah. You have North Korea, which has been contributing munitions and now troops to fighting in Ukraine compared to South Korea which hasn't. So I wouldn't be surprised if North Korea is concerned that South Korea could launch a surprise attack while North Korea's defenses are weakened. Not that South Korea would attack, just that North Korea is worried about it.
