cats

This is McFlurry (we call him Flurry for short though). We call him this because we found him in a McDonald’s parking lot with a McFlurry lid stuck on his head. His favorite activities include play fighting with his roommate Link, laying on his back like in the picture, and playing with a string toy I have strung up for him

This pretty girl has surgery booked to remove her remaining eye due to cancer. Any advice on helping her transition to blind life would be much appreciated!

This is Sencha on his original cat tree that we got when he first adopted him. It's pretty old and falling a part a bit from wear and tear. We tried to get him a new car tree but he still loves to use his original tree. Momo on the other hand loves the new tree. I guess now they each have their own cat tree.

She had to get shaved after a tree sap incident.

Her fur was getting too clumped up. Think she got into some tree sap or something.

They got the teeth removed because their body rejected their teeth. They aren’t even brothers. One is the result of a friend‘s outside cat getting pregnant before the castration appointment, the other one we just found at 2 weeks old, scared, behind the brakes of my dad‘s car. They’re without any teeth since they are about 1 year old, so we all are pretty used to it.

The removal is a long story, the short version is that the old vet wanted to sell us special food and inject the cats monthly, the new vet told us about the possibile ways to treat it, naming risks and benefits as well.

Funny enough, the day they got their vaccines the doctor got a new x-ray machine for heads and he exitedly x-rayed the cats for free to test the machine - further showing that a removal of the teeth was necessary.

Anyway - if you‘re having problems with a toothless ambush predator, or want some infos due to an upcoming dental procedure - please just ask!

This is rainy. As a kitten we jokingly named her soccer ball because of her markings, but as time goes on she's started to physically resemble one more and more

She's dumb as a box of rocks, but she's cute and she's happy, so that's all that matters
