That’s a fascinating article, thank you for sharing! I’m sorry you struggle with this, though.
Happy 4th to those of you in the US! I will not be drinking with you today!
Joining you in not drinking today!
I will not drink with you today like the awesome opossum that I am 😎
Morning, I will not drink with you today!
That makes me so happy! Glad you were able to follow your dreams!
I’m right there with you! Dreading the week ahead because my dog still needs a lot of help, and my husband will be home alone with her while I go to work. But we will make it happen.
IWNDWYT! Happy weekend, everyone!
If you read the comments, it seems to be precisely the people in countries with universal healthcare who are having trouble. Getting diagnosed in the US is relatively easy. For me it was a single visit to a psychiatrist, $300 out of pocket because I have not hit my deductible yet. Have been on stimulants and doing well ever since.
Happy Friday! IWNDWYT. My dog’s surgery went well, and she is laying right next to me, still recovering from the shock of it and from being high on ketamine. Poor girl has a rough 3 days in front of her, and after that there is a 2-month rehab schedule with daily massage and exercises. But at the end of it all, she will feel better!!!
It’s a pacifier/binky. It’s just not attached to a bottle.
Here she is! I will post updates on her recovery ❤️🩹
I’m a therapist. In grad school, one of my professors said that the most reliable way to diagnose someone with ADHD is to give them a stimulant and see how they react. Understandably, that’s not how people are diagnosed for safety and ethical reasons… but it is effective.
Morning, IWNDWYT! My dog is getting major surgery today (TPLO), and I just dropped her off. My heart is hurting for her because recovery will be tough. But she is a strong girl, so I know she will be ok.
