It has been established that you have been using Super Smash Bros., Mario Kart, and Kirby (the "Work") without our permission, which is a copyrighted work under law.
As a result, we demand that you immediately remove the content and halt any additional infringements of our Work, including any other infringements, or you may face legal action and consequent statutory damages.
A lawsuit will be filed against you if you do not stop using the aforementioned copyrighted content.
Furthermore, we demand that you immediately stop using and distributing all infringing works derived from the Work, as well as all copies, including electronic copies, of same, that you deliver to us, if applicable, all unused, undistributed copies of same, or destroy or delete such copies immediately, and that you refrain from future infringements of our rights.
If we do not get an affirmative answer from you by November 9, 2024 confirming that you have completely complied with these requirements, we shall initiate legal action against you to address the matter.

I had the PC port of this game. When I was a kid, I loved it. The soundtrack blew my tiny mind. Looking back at it now, I don't think I could play it for long.

Shuntaro Furukawa driving a judge's bench in constant pursuit of two teens running side by side 'tethered' to each other by an outreached arm holding a CD with "Gex 3, Gameboy Color" or some shit written in sharpie on one side of it.
It'd drive like a Star Wars pod racer, with the judge's bench acting as the pod, and the two teens acting as the engines.
