I’m seriously confused that’s a popular brand. I tried a few bars over the years, but found them all to be chalky and bland. Except for stuff like caramel-sea salt which makes me outright gag.
I have the complete opposite oppinion: After eating most other chocolates my mouth kinda feels disqusting and dry. Tony's Chocalonely is one of the few exceptions. I also really like their salted caramell flavor because it actually tastes like salt and not some artificial food flavoring I've tasted woth other brands
Cadbury's Marvellous Creations range has been doing it for about 10 years, but I've only seen them in Australia and SE Asia (assumigly sold in UK, too).
I don't think there are that many ads, even if there were you could easily get rid of them by buying my cool Lemmy adblock that uses AI to recognize clever product placement and cover it up with a picture of dirt!
really? we can't allude to anything now? oh no someone referenced a movie, they must be working for the studio!
I'd really appreciate it if we kept Lemmy without the miserable grumpy cat that is r/hailcorporate just running around accusing people of shilling for literally mentioning anything in any context whatsoever.
We're on the same boat. The meme is very ambiguous, but it roughly means that something happens seemingly without a reason, i.e. the author doesn't understand why something is the way it is
