It is 40% nicotine concentrate.
Nicotine really is a great natural pesticide.
29 0 ReplyIt's why plants evolved it.
17 0 ReplyAt 40%, it'll definitely kill all your pests, including the bigger ones like your neighbors.
13 0 ReplyThe tough part is to get the bugs to start smoking
6 0 ReplyIs that why tobacco plants produce nicotine in the first place?
3 0 ReplyCan confirm, grasshoppers are voracious, opportunistic terrorists and yet, will barely nibble a tender tobacco leaf before quickly moving on to something else.

It's amazing humanity has survived. So many old products were like "Here's some concentrated poison. Spread it in your house, on your food, and in the air you breathe. It also makes a great toothpaste and eyeliner!"
24 2 ReplyAnd the longer we're alive we realise how much it affected us.
The next big one (assuming we survive climate change) will probably be the millions of ICE vehicles just driving around where we live and work.
3 1 ReplyI mean this isn’t really poison tho. It’s just nicotine which is a natural plant product specifically evolved as a pesticide.

"Drenching" is another word for deworming. Sheep are very, very prone to a variety of parasites. It's hard to keep a sheep alive at all.
