I'm just positing here, but maaaaaybe she doesn't want to open the can of worms with spells targeting external hair.
- As opposed to internal hair?
  
  My hearing is already going, so there can't be too much to target. Besides, internal hair (betting a lot of cysts being caused) sounds like a good target for all the wizards who have perfected the mend spell on organic matter.

I was just thinking about the "Mend Buttcrack" and "Diarrhea" combo and realized the fix, poking a hole there, would give you a really nasty infection. You would have to instantly cauterize the wound by shoving in a red hot poker or something.
- Just poke the hole with a hot needle.
Ha! Joke's on you. Beard in soup, soup in beard, this is just very everyday stuff for me. I may as well cast discover-hair-caught-in-the-plughole in retaliation!
