Not really music, but I like the sound of repetitive mechanical equipment. Printing press, assembly lines. Nothing with super loud noises, just a room full of well oiled machines. Also traffic, no horns.
I find noise rock and general noise music to work well for me. Ronaldo and the loaf, panoram, dog milk by palm and revolution 9 by the beatles. Also a select amount of music by the residents.
Not everyones jam but It's disruptive and less than predictable. It can keep me from distractions allowing me to focus and if I wish focus on not focusing on anything.
Saw them live a few years ago. There was a guy sitting next to the drummer the whole show. Didn't know why he was there until towards the end the drummer started throwing his drums around and screaming into the overhead mics. The guy would jump up from his chair, fix the drum set and then sit back down. Such insane energy for such a chill band. Highly recommend
One is a playlist composed of most of the library of songs by PVRIS. I don't know why, but their music just really clicks with me; I can listen to that playlist all day with no problems (I usually hate listening to the same song more than once or twice a day).
The other is a playlist of non-combat music from The Elder Scrolls. Really good for gentle background music.
