Drawing my angel character hehe, still gotta do a background!
I'll eat raw pasta like a snack. I'm talking buying entire boxes or bags just to eat it raw even though I do enjoy cooked pasta as well. My favorites are tomato farfalle, lasagne, fusilli and tagliatelle. Somehow my teeth are absolutely fine from this too! Been doing this since I was little and my parents think the habit stemmed from my love for eating bones.
It's good that the majority support it, but it's also concerning that 38% didn't. The USA should have universal healthcare. I don't want to say where I live or where I don't live but if you live in a country which doesn't have universal healthcare I genuinely feel bad for you.
A really good immune system. I get a cold maybe once every two years and they only last for about three days. I also don't get fevers (nobody knows why), which I know is kinda paradoxical but my immune system somehow is really good at dealing with infections despite this.

I recently messed around in Paint Tool Sai and changed up the brush settings... then I forgot what my original settings were. But now the fur looks a lot clearer and more defined with the new settings so I'm happy with it!

I've been addicted to Head Over Heels by Tears For Fears and the instrumental version of it is also amazing. That bassline is just absolutely sublime! I dunno why but I've always associated this song with December/Christmas time.
Someone took my art without my permission and posted a version of it that was AI generated, telling me they used the art I'd posted for the AI's output. The silhouette looked more or less the same but everything else looked like an uncanny amalgamation of textures taken from other people's art and the AI also gave it weird snaggle teeth (turbinid dragons don't have teeth, so it looked really off).

They excrete ammonia through their exoskeleton because they don't actually pee! I've only noticed a smell from them when they're in large groups. They may be a bit smelly, and a lot of people mislabel them as insects, but they're actually terrestrial isopods and are related to crabs and shrimps!
Pasta that was four years past its date. Some pieces were a bit brittle and I think it went a little softer faster than what was usual but overall I didn't notice any difference and I enjoyed it! 😃 Definitely don't do this with already cooked pasta though! The pasta I had was raw and in a sealed bag.
I would say this year, from experience with getting my art stolen and reading about others' experiences. I love drawing digitally, but these are precarious times for artists to be posting their art online. While I do link to progress pictures, timelapses, sketches and files in my descriptions, I have a clean, airbrushy style that AI tends to mimic most often, so as of late I have been experimenting with mixing my cartoonier style with my current one.

Aw I'm sorry! Being sick is no fun. If you have any zinc tablets it's good at boosting your immune system to be able to fight off infections easier. For coughs I find hot honey and lemon helps me a lot. Soup too! Be sure to rest up also since rest is important. Get well soon!! 🙏
I recently got new internet and I'm really enjoying the 270+ mbps! My computer doesn't have the best wi-fi adapter but the egregious ping issue has been nullified since switching and I'm very impressed! I downloaded WarThunder yesterday and I've been a terror in the skies haha. If you ever come across someone named ElaineCortez, that is me! 😃

After a nearly unanimous verdict on Tumblr, I've decided to give the grown-up form of Goodie tattoos! I had a lot of fun with this drawing. Even though the burger kind of makes him look kinda small. The lore accurate sizing I have for him is that he's around 2.2 meters (7.2 feet) in length with his head alone making up half of that length. So the burger is actually massive! But that's angel magic for you eh?
I've been playing Super Mario Sunshine a lot lately, and it also made me want to draw something bright and colourful. I surprise myself sometimes with how much whatever game I'm currently invested with at the time can influence my style haha. I hope you all enjoy! 😃

Had to upload the video to Internet Archive since Lemmy doesn't like largeish file sizes. Zbrush's UI is a little bit weird, and definitely takes some time to become accustomed to, but I'm pretty happy with how this turned out!😃
What type of weather is your favourite?
I sometimes feel like an outlier because Autumn and Winter happen to be my favourite seasons. I love chilly air since I deal with the cold way better than I do with the heat, and I find it so much more refreshing... my all time favourite type of weather is best described with a picture (Disclaimer: not my photo!)
Sunny, snowy weather where the visibility is high, everything's blanketed in powdery, sparkly snow, and there's not a cloud in the sky. It's just such a vibe and it instantly makes me happy! 😃 What type of weather is your favourite and why?
My boy Goodie (a biblically accurate angel OC) must be getting old or something, because I gave his grown-up form wrinkles for some reason LMAO 😂
Concept sketch of his grown-up form! I've planned to remove the wings from his back and just replace the front flippers with wings to try and simplify his design a little more while still looking fluid. Goodie is not a bad guy, he's just a little mischievous... and has a bit of a penchant for swallowing any demons unfortunate enough to be able to fit into his 3-4 ft (0.9-1.2 m) long mouth whole. I drew his larval form way back in June and this drawing will be of his mature form! 😃 Honestly love how weird and goofy he looks.

Little things which always make your day
For me it's any of these things:
People commenting on my art. I deeply cherish the fact that someone has taken time out of their day to say nice things about my work!
People calling me pretty. I get this quite a lot, but it always hits just as it does the first time! 😊
Finding a new song that I end up becoming incredibly addicted to, to the extent that I play said song on repeat throughout the course of the day and then it no longer registers as a song the next day, similar to when you say a word over and over, and it no longer feels like a word? That type of thing... 😂
What are some things that would generally be considered to be trivial/small, that when they happen, never fail to just make your day?

I wanted to draw an ophanim again, as they are my fave type of angels. I wanted to draw one that was above the others, one which could create new angels, so I drew one! I originally envisioned it to have a spherical core, but I'm really glad that I settled on the dodecahedron in the end! I hope you all enjoy! 😃
