Getting cops involved is a quick way to get someone killed. Not my kind of humor.
The license plate would say something along the lines of, "moorish delegate" if it was a sovereign citizen of the skin tone getting killed by cops.

I would 100% call the cops on sovcit BS. Not 911, but definitely a non-emergency number. If there’s a chance they can get taken off the road, it’s worth the call.
