California’s Gavin Newsom opposes trans athletes in women’s sports, splitting with progressives
California Gov. Gavin Newsom has spoken out against allowing transgender women and girls to compete in female sports.

He's falling into the conservative trap.
If you allow kids access to puberty blockers, hormone treatment, and early transitions, there's no reason they shouldn't be allowed to compete in sports...

As always, remember, the cruelty is the point. You'd think Newsom would be smart enough to recognize that.
A big problem that faces the transgender movement is just how uneducated people are about them.
I used to be against all that for the same reasons that conservatives are such as being fed misinformation regarding say puberty blockers when in reality, they are quite safe and I believed this nonsense until I received a major ass reaming.
The difference is when confronted with facts that challenged your previous beliefs you had the maturity and mental capacity to adapt.
You’d think Newsom would be smart enough to recognize that.
So why do you think he's not recognizing it?
Because he wants to run for President in '28.
