A Florida woman was arrested after police found meth and drug paraphernalia inside a bag labeled "Definitely Not A Bag Full Of Drugs" during a traffic stop.
Brevard County Deputy Lexi Gordon, assisted by K9 Aurora, pulled over a vehicle in which Teryn Acri was a passenger, according to police.
A search of her belongings led to the discovery of a bag labeled "Definitely Not A Bag Full Of Drugs," which indeed contained methamphetamine, needles, Narcan, digital scales, and other drug-related items.

The case echoes a similar incident in Oregon in October 2024, when police discovered a bag with the same "Definitely Not A Bag Full Of Drugs" note during a traffic stop that uncovered fentanyl, methamphetamine, cash, and a loaded revolver.
I agree, but I do think that it should be illegal to carry your drugs in a bag labelled 'definitely not a bag of drugs' I mean that's just false advertising. I mean where does it end? school shootings using guns that have labels saying 'definitely not a gun' and bullets with engravings that say 'definitely not a bullet'?
I don't think Narcan should be counted among the drug paraphernalia. It actually stops drugs. It should be counted as anti-drug paraphernalia and cancel out something else from the list.
Jokes aside, if you start counting having a Narcan kit as suspecting criminal behaviour, you'll discourage Narcan kits and people will die.
This is how my friend in Florida got his bag full of airsoft guns past a school resource officer - he just told her the bag was full of guns. Apparently that works on Florida cops. 🤷♂️
