More like 12 hours away.
Never had a better cheesesteak than that little hole-in-the-wall shop in a small town in West Virginia. Grumpy ass old man who ran the place, but he ran it right.

6 0 ReplyMore often than not pretty basic, too. Like chicken sandwiches from a specific Popeye's in Toronto 😌
4 0 ReplyCafe near me is closed on weekends. No idea how they stay open.
4 0 ReplyReminds me of scones at a cafe in my city. I definitely go there once a week or two. The owner is now a good friend of mine.
5 0 ReplyI still think about the chicken sandwich from this place that used to be near me that closed more than a decade ago now.
Goddamn I miss that sandwich.
3 0 ReplyThere was a hot dog place by me that would bake hot dogs, like a full sized pigs in a blanket. One of their dogs had blue cheese and is unlike any other food I've had before or since.
4 0 ReplyThe grocery store across the street from me has a bomb ass Greek ring sandwich that is almost always sold out when I have a craving for it. ☹️
I probably could get one made at the deli, but I wouldn't be able to buy it with food stamps that way, for some reason.
3 0 ReplyI'm so lucky the nice sandwich shop is both nearby and almost always open and even delivers.
They've stopped delivering now though, it's too late. Damnit! This meme cursed me.
