Refill it? They just attach a new bag to the nozzle, unless things have changed in the past few years.
Did not pick the method of refilling. But am aware of the bags. Some it is a plastic container. But issue remains never cleaning the pump. The amount of crap growing in there is insane.
You bought the cup, right? There's no rule that says you can't fill it with ketchup.
