I bet if they added another lane the problem would go away.
We need to build another highway so one can be closed for plowing while the other stays open for service.
Even better would be to build another highway on top of the existing highway so that one highway never needs snow clearing!
If we build enough highways, maybe it will stop snowing completely!

Now that's what I call problem solving, pack it in everyone we have the concepts of a plan, time to hit the bar.
