Why does it need to be gendered. I know many non-men who would love to join.
- The scientists probably chose one gender as a form of scientific control of the study. I'm sure anyone is welcome to quest for the grail. God wills it!
  
  Good point. You can't take too many options in for an initial study. Although, who are the negative controls?
