I think also bans "coal-rolling" ... If that wasn't already illegal.

Just grossly? lol
It would be more likely to be critically hit by an SUV or pick-up, just saying.

I'm guessing this is a "leopards ate my face" situation for a lot of people.
Recently I saw a meme showing some poor crewman with his window facing the red glow of a warp nacelle, but I've lost it now.

Does anyone know where I can find it?
Interpretation
Proximity to traffic and high air interchange increased the exposure to air pollution of commuters using motorised transport. Larger inhalation rates and commuting time increased inhaled dose among active commuters. Benefits of active commuting from physical activity are larger than the risk from an increased inhaled dose of fine particles.
I've often wondered about the net effect. Interesting.
I don't even know what the FAA counterpart for maritime is.
FAA Adopts Carbon Limits For Airliners
The FAA has issued a final rule that will require most larger aircraft built after Jan. 1, 2028, to meet new efficiency standards designed to reduce their carbon emissions per passenger mile. The new rule will cover all subsonic jets with a maximum takeoff weight of more than 12,500 pounds and turboprops with an MTOW of 19,000 pounds.

Probably all crisis actors. /s
Maybe this more of a misheard lyrics thing, but for a long time I thought "noxious gas" had to do with nitrogen oxides (NOx), and then spread to other metaphorical applications like "noxious weeds" and so on.
A very literal interpretation of a comic. You must be quite literate!

Found Ismo's fediverse account.
Just don't make it weird.
I think homelessness and despair cause mental illness and substance abuse. If we can prevent "normal" people from losing their homes, I think they would be more stable and able to take care of themselves long term.
Allowing homelessness is far more costly to everyone else than preventing it.
Setting aside the topic of generative AI, isn't it about time that Pokemon goes to the public domain?
It's been a long time since I read Lawrence Lessig, but I think we would undo Disney's mods to copyright laws and allow more cultural remixing after a reasonable time. Like maybe 20 years instead of a century?
I wonder how many Primer viewers first learned about the film from this comic.
Texas is the lone-star state because we can't give it zero stars.
L.A. Metro Shifts Funds for Transit to Expand Highway Lanes
After the last expansion project, traffic on I-405 only got worse. Metro wants to try again.
It should surprise no bros that Southern California still wants to add one more lane to fix traffic.

While satellite-based global navigation systems have become essential tools in our daily lives, their effectiveness is often hampered by the fact that the signals cannot be accessed in underground, indoor, or underwater environments. Recently, a novel navigation system has been invented to address this issue by utilizing the characteristics of the ubiquitous and highly penetrative cosmic-ray muons.
The sexual division of labor among human foraging populations has typically been recognized as involving males as hunters and females as gatherers. Recent archeological research has questioned this paradigm with evidence that females hunted (and went to war) throughout the Homo sapiens lineage, thou...

A standoff between the site and some of its most devoted users exposes an existential dilemma.
