So this is the absolute batshit insane part of the Kamala/Harris campaign. If you looked through their published policy platform, yes they had plans to try and regulate corporate price gouging. However, they did not campaign on these plans, did not elaborate on those plans whenever the economy was brought up, and largely tried to deflect when asked about their plans by claiming the American economy is strong and had no issues.

Necessary but evil. My workplace had a million headaches implementing an email-based 2fa system. So many automatic services blocking our emails, so many people who are tech illiterate who cannot understand 2fa, and all of their calls got sent to me and my team despite none of us having technical support experience. However, it has massively increased the security of our site, while allowing us to finally implement a way for people to unlock their own accounts if they do have too many unsuccessful login attempts. The juice is worth the squeeze.

The truth is that Trump is giving the same carte blanche that Biden did to Bibi. It remains on the people of Israel to stop this conflict, as it always has. You can't pretend the genocide is only bad when your enemy is doing it, this was the same plan under Biden. Trump just likes bragging about the cruelty, whereas Biden was smart enough to pretend to care.
I think it's just that people being assholes to each other has become deeply ingrained in American culture. It's become totally acceptable to dehumanize other people for trivial reasons, on both the right and the left.
Long enough that it'd be hard to rule diet as your cause of death. Your biggest consequences would be low energy and a weakened immune system.
