- Keep a little journal to write big thoughts and a todo list for the next day so you don't have to think about them in bed
- Phone in another room when in bed
Recipe for good sleep:
- Eat last about 3 hours prior
- No booze
- Meditate
- Exercise for 30 mins or more
- Shower just before bed
- Wash sheets every week
- White noise of some kind (eg. Fan)
- If out of routine 2 Polaramine 1hr before bed can help till body clock reset

Given you'd almost certainly die of radiation poisoning after firing this it never became popular.
