Americans are stupid when it comes to converting 24hrs "Militery time" to 1 pm, 2 pm, ext. making them all confused.
It's one of the games that I've been meaning to play on my backlog. It does suck that it's not going to have a sequel.

@spacecowboy Yeah they are just numbers on a screen, I know when I go to comments if a comment has more upvotes than down I know it is most likely a good source / answer compared to the ones with hundreds of downvotes.

I think they forgot why we loved Streaming Services in the first place... well guess I'll continue to not pay for the subscription and watch my shows I enjoy anyway.
@TropicalDingdong Already have some editors who want to help me with the Project and it's not just Video Editing for the future, the base of the idea is to start with Video Editing. Yes compared to an app it's hard to scale but I'm not an coder of any means, don't get me wrong I'd love to be able to develop a video editing app / program but that does take a lot of money to develop.

Sure I would love to give away some of my time for free video edits but converting people over to paid is harder than just going "I charge now". I've edited for people in the past and they all seem happy to have me onboard till the point I go, Hey I got bills and stuff to pay, do you mind paying?

@banana_meccanica Cool, I'll see if I can get over 10k hours on a single game. I know in my list of games 1 game has over 1k hours so far and I prefer the version that doesn't track the hours I play sadly.
@Rottcodd The need for an app is on the pure factor of most people use there phones to browse things, I personally prefer using my laptop or PC but when I am out and about I just carry my phone for browsing what makes it difficult to check Kbin.
I've been transferring files for over 7 days.
I've been using a cloud hosting provider under sync.com, great for actively syncing my files between machines I might be using as well if I wished to have any employees's later on as I was paying close to £30 a month I decided that it was best to self-host my files even if it was just by 10TB Hard Drives that only cost £200 each on Amazon (They are just USB External Ones).
I hope to be able to host my own NAS in the Future once my home office is complete (As we are currently painting and decorating the room) but well transferring all my files from my web-host I've been waiting over 7 days for the files to re-sync up to my PC for me to transfer each one into a new drive, it is painful and I can't wait to be able to remove myself from the service in the near future.
Has anyone else had similar experiences with Cloud-hosting before?

Hey, I'm having an issue with usernames on Kbin through my Wordpress-connected ActivityPub website.
So I help with a #TransPride website and wanted to implement ActivityPub into it allowing the Team to be able to write stuff on part of the Official Team.
To do this I'm using the ActivityPub Plugin on WordPress but it seems like the username get's cut off, is this due to the long domain or something else. Please help.
The username i'm trying to go for is: [email protected] (If I can remove the www. that would be great) but on here it seems to have ended up being @ww[email protected] what doesn't make sense as I'm not using kbin for the backend.
Does anyone know how I can fix this?
Does Kbin move all the Fediverse Magazines / Community posts across?
So I seem to have found smaller Magazines / Communities that haven't been on Kbin before and after finding them they seem to have no posts but after looking through Lemmy it seems they do have posts. Does it take time for Lemmy to add all the posts or is it only new posts that will come across?
Can / How can I move my Lemmy.world posts & info across to Kbin?

Since I posted it I've learned a bit more about Kbin but would love to keep the previous content that I posted on Lemmy.world, Am I able to do this, and if I can how?
