Imagine this would still be practiced and how goofy bike helmets would look.
Why are you gae?
That's a male turkey.
Also there are plenty of women out there who enjoy being pieces of meat, ready to be slapped at will (in the right context) so please don't enforce your own preferences and prejudices onto others who just want to have fun.
It's like shouting into the void expecting an echo. If you can't change the world for the better at least leave a mark. At least that was how I felt trashing a park bench when I was 13. It's probably the same trail of thought.
Did you take a look at the cabin? Seems in line with something like a private jet.
You could just have a cheeky wank instead.
That's like 99% of what marketing is.
Ah you mean racing. For a moment I wanted to argue that it's more humane to eradicate pugs due to their miserable health problems.
Swords were the handguns of old time. Easy to carry, usable in confined space but for actual war you'd want something bigger.
Nazis und Österreicher nach Syrien abschieben, den Flüchtlingen Österreich überlassen.
And they use their diplomatic immunity to deal meth and spread counterfeit money to get some cash for their war machine.
There's also the lumberjack song...
To clog up the intestines to avoid a mess when you... choose an alternative route.
Should have spoiled her extra with fancy food rich in fiber.
Today I improved my personal best by 1km/h.
To be fair I was well rested and since the heatwave is over I didn't have to fight the environment as much (although it rained and I was properly soaked and heavy). Also I looked up how to properly move while running yesterday and I realized that I had to include my upper body more into my movements. Using my upper body more is still a thing I have to consciously decide to do but I'm really excited that it'll soon go into my muscle memory and I'll naturally move better.
Why is the boost button so underused?
I mean that's a cool feature Reddit didn't have. There are so many tech savvy people here yet I feel the boost button is mostly ignored even though it can be so much more powerful in how it changes the exposure of a link/comment. If I can't see the actual amount of boosts due to some fuckery with being on kbin instead Lemmy or whatever lmk.
Edit because I immediately got plenty of confused comments. I enter the lemmyverse through kbin and this federation offers to not just upvote but boost a comment as well. For me this means I can give a comment more exposure. But I'm really not good with computers plz to halp. There's a very good chance that I entirely misunderstood what I'm clicking on all the time.
Edit 2: I just wanted to let everyone know that this post was boosted eight times 48 minutes after posting which is a lot. Kbin represent!
Do you think there was a point where Michael Jackson wasn't allowed to use the n-word anymore? Where would you pinpoint the moment when it became inappropriate?
I honestly don't think I can confidently define if/when there was a shift in morality on this topic.
I bought a scale three months ago and I lost 40lbs since then.
At 32 I'm fitter than I've ever been before.
