You will need to declare it on your customs/landing card. Bring only what you will need for the trip and be sure you have the original prescription container with all of the information printed on it, including the Doctor's name, address and phone number. I have not flown to Bali but have flown oversees, last time I flew to Germany I called my Doctor's office and asked for a note from the Dr stating why the meds were necessary.
