Man muss dazu nur noch einmal in die USA schauen: Dort genügt eine einzige Stimme Mehrheit im Senat für die Wahl der Richter des Supreme Court. Nur deshalb konnte Donald Trump das höchste Gericht so radikal nach rechts drehen.
