ROG Ally being returned at an insane rate (Best Buy)

ROG Ally devices have been getting returned constantly and we end up with stacks of 3-5 almost every day. A majority of the time the customer gives us the typical “did not like” reason, but we get many legitimately defective ones. Issues I’ve seen have been screen flickering, defective buttons, frozen on splash screen, no power, or BSOD. Do what you will with this info, I just felt people should know what I’ve seen. (This is a repost because my dumb@$$ accidentally said “Steam Deck” in place of “ROG Ally” lmao)
