A majority of the time the customer gives us the typical “did not like” reason, but we get many legitimately defective ones. Issues I’ve seen have been screen flickering, defective buttons, frozen on splash screen, no power, or BSOD. Do what you will with this info, I just felt people should know what I’ve seen. (This is a repost because my dumb@$$ accidentally said “Steam Deck” in place of “ROG Ally” lmao)

Laptop specs are decent but, not amazing. 12th gen i7. 32gb ddr5 and a laptop 3060 with 6gb vram. Had the game set to high graphics. 3 times in a row the stream crashed. I noticed I was using anywhere from 85 to 95 % of my vram. So I adjusted graphics down to medium and it ran fine.

Apparently 6gb definitely wasn’t enough. Like I said. This was the absolute first time I’ve ever had this issue.
