Planning a cut
Doesn't really sound crazier than any of the random fad diets of the last 30 years either. I mean, I used to work with a guy who would get a bucket of KFC for lunch, pull the breading off, and claim it was ok because "Atkins Diet".
Idk the absolute lack of fiber combined with large amounts of alcohol and fat definitely does seem to brazenly spell disaster
All I need is protein and garbage. I'll be lean and totally diarrhetic. It's the seagull diet.
