New character Dahlia may have been mentioned in Rosaria's introduction
The pink-haired heterochromia boy labeled with the name Dahlia in the character design sheet leaks may have been mentioned in Rosaria's introduction over two years ago. Since he has a Mondstadt vision, it may very well be him. (STC take with a big grain of salt)

Interesting. He kind of looks a bit vampire-esque with the ears and cape. I was about to say that it's a bit weird for a church, but then again they're all worshipping Barbatos here so.

You're right! He does look like a bat. Huh, I never though of it. Upon closer inspection he has a church motif too with a big cross across his chest.
maybe that symbol next to him is his constellation? I don't recognize it unfortunately. A vampiric hydro catalyst definitely makes me think of blood manipulation/lifesteal mechanics though.
