The art style was really great. Watching actual speedruns on Youtube was very impressive as well. There's one video in particular where the devs react to the WR: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MmmXw2n8nec What is interesting is how surprised the devs are to some of the strats used.
The game's reputation as a sleeper hit is well deserved.
