Looking at the Team, they're obviously in Milan. It's mostly Italians, but there's hardly any other place in the country where you can even attract a team that diverse.
Just so you know short term lets on Airbnb or anything like it is a pain to make work if you're not in the area. You need people to check the property and fix any issues between each stay as well as clean it. Managing this remotely is a pain in the arse.
You'll get less money but it'll be much less work with lets that last months instead of days. The other option is a management company, that will let it for you, but then you also get much less money and they can do all sorts crap to your place in order to create more "bedrooms".
