I don't understand why people have just let them get away with it, i don't think i've ever seen people who use it like that actually get called out for it in a discussion..
It doesn’t take long for vocabulary introduced to better society to be used against its initial purpose.

I need EVERYONE to look closely at how they use the phrase DEI
They're not talking about the poorly implemented program, it's a catch-all for anyone the Far Right deems an enemy of the state
Black people, trans people, gays, latino/latina individuals, women in leadership roles
That's my favorite author! Tragic about his baldness and general thumb-shapedness, though.
