I think I can add a little context to what seems like nonsense. There are coastal homes that are uninsurable and at risk everytime there is a severe storm. If the location is desirable enough, don't expect that deep discount written about in the article to be guaranteed.
It is not uncommon for homes "on the sand" to net 25+% per year as a short term rental. These houses offer a unique experience that is very difficult to own and guaranteed to not be available for much longer. If an owner can show that they are consistently pulling high net returns, then selling the home (even for cash) is not that difficult. They are, however, playing russian roulette with the money they have tied into the property. Eventually someone is going to lose that game of hot potato and get wiped out.

I am currently obsessed with one of the tones I am getting from it. It is one of the 50w (almost) clean presets plus the 29 (always on), the Notaklön set clean, and just a touch of reverb on the Cortex.
Dumble was a genius and I can't thank UA enough for giving me the chance to play with one before I die. I know it is just a model, but a UAFX is as close as I'll ever get. The same goes for the Marshalls in the Lion 68.
It might be placebo effect, but I just love how it makes my main guitar sound. Is it essential? No way. Most musicians have been playing just fine without it, but I had the means and I really wanted to support the builder.
It was fun to build, just like a small LEGO set. It is a replica so the sound is nice and warm, just like the original.

I ordered this on a whim but I am probably going to sell it. It is a wonderful guitar but I prefer a beefier neck. This guitar is absolutely ideal for someone with small hands.
Currently setup for C Standard tuning. More pictures in the comments.
The best way to understand the 29 EUNA is to watch some YouTube videos about it with headphones on.
My board of tone.
This is my travel board of tone. I mainly stick to plugins for effects.
The Nano Cortex is there just so I can capture and share tones I have nailed down, to give me a few effects when need a little something, to give me headphones out, and to act as a digital interface. I still haven't decided if it is a keeper.
The Notaklön is there for tone and volume boost more so than distortion.
29 EUNA magic box of mystery.
The Enigmatic's tones and a thing of absolute beauty.
Don't sleep on the Lion's clean tones.
The Woodrow is just a cool vibe sometimes.

I loved Steep, so when Rider's Republic joined GamePass I installed it immediately. Once I saw the interface, the monetization and how almost everything was paywalled, I uninstalled. Not even getting their shit for free makes it a good experience.
Sunken
Drowned is the anguish. Sunken is the pain. Mountains of self doubt lay hidden, Dormant under the gentle sway. A beast of vitriol and rage lays buried, Under an ocean of practiced patience, serenity, and calm. Her thirst overcomes.
