If you're in California, and want this, give your state legislators a call and let them know.
Watch them pass another bill that would allow companies to raise rates in response.
A climate superfund is just nostalgic enough to work.
Watch them "rebuild" in a burn zone while barring environmental regulations so this can happen again in 5 years. It's a dangerous grift by the developers and landlords.

They should like collect a little money from everyone, call it a tax or something, then use that money given by the people on the people that need ot the most. Or they could just give it to Ukraine or Israel or something. Idk.
