As someone who's had the misfortune of having to use Salesforce professionally, this might actually improve the quality of their slop.
- Yeah thought the same, "can't make it much worse"
If you're smart, pull your investments from them because it's only a matter of time before they push some AI built update with minimal/no oversight and totally fuck up, like crowdstrike did.
- Totally fucking up has zero consequences when there is no competition and you can afford the lobbyists to keep it that way.
  
  What laws are preventing competition in the CRM space?
- Ride the wave for the next couple/few days, then pull your investment. This is market manipulation news. It doesn't always cause a pump and dump scenario, but it frequently does.
It'll be funny when Salesforce asks the AI for what they want, and don't get exactly what they want, and then don't know how to manipulate the AI to get what they want.
