America (and Europe) have a lot of theoretical knowledge. How that plays out in practice is another story. Ukraine has a lot of practical experience. They know which corners can be cut, without losing anything, and which are critical. Lessons payed for in blood.
They are combating old russian vehicles with cheap modern consumer products. They have been improvising all kinds of weapons during this war and probably know a lot more about it than other countries atm due to experience. I don't think america has ever fought a war like this.

Ukraine had a third of the USSR's nuclear arsenal when it gained its independence. The also were part of creating them from the beginning stages. I would find it hard to imagine they couldnt have built more if they had set out too.
