I don't know, given the type of people who frequent "coupon websites," I wouldn't be that surprised if they were answering seriously.
Probably a lot of people clicking whatever just to get their coupons.
Probably not a joke but simply people answering multiple choice survey wrong because they don't know. Most likely answer is that most of those people simply have no clue about html instead
Either it is a multiple-choice that the surveyor fucked up and put STD as an option. Or it is an open question and the "one in 10" is legit.
