I don't know if i would want to live there. It seems so... excessive, even for mansion standards.

There's semblance of symmetry. It may have been forced into being less ugly on pure virtue of construction limitations being on top of a building. Amazing.
it's probably so heavy and was a bitch to construct so high up. They had to probably crane most of it up there.
Can the building support that much weight on the very top? Seems a little scary to me I guess.
Does that even have a fence around it? Seems ridiculously dangerous.
I think it does, but it's just not obvious from the angle. Definitely dangerous, regardless. I hope they don't get earthquakes there.
Turns out the project wasn't finished and the guy skipped town.
