You see a lot of these memes about the state of the world are copy pasted from other subs (whole memes and rules) so it gets a little confusing I think its making my prozac wear off

  Civil forfeiture has very shitty documentation requirements, if there are any at all. There's a reason the cops in poor areas seize cash most often.

A lot of these problems are copied and pasted, whole economies, war crimes, so it gets a little confusing.
