"Woke" is anything they don't like, including characters they can't immediately sexualize.
My guess would be that Ciri looks older now, she was 21 in Witcher 3, and there are a lot of Leonardo DiCaprio types out there who get offended by any suggestion they should be attracted to women their own age. And as you point out, assume that any women in media are there for them to sexualize.

Hey now, they havenât seen the sun in two years and like worms only crawl out of the earth when it rains so of course they donât know what real people look like. And câmon, if you didnât respect women for anything more than their appearance then youâd also have ridiculously high standards and nothing more to offer them but insults when those standards werenât met! /s
These people suck and so do their opinions. Thereâs always going to be something wrong because if there isnât then they feel like ânormiesâ and among that group theyâre bottom of the barrel. They could do something about it but that takes work(and probably therapy). Thereâs no point in trying to appease them because theyâll never be happy, they refuse to be.
