I've never seen sushi with raw egg yolk in it, what is that?

Very oceanic and gooey.
4 0 ReplyIf you can ever get it extremely fresh (as in essentially straight out of the urchin), a lot of the slimy texture and fishy taste goes away.

Yeah, lots of people won't touch it. But, it's kinda like a softer, more squishy raw oyster with that lovely brine kick.
