MUCH slower, no protection from the elements, most can only support one person at a time. Great for shorter distances, but that's about it.

6 2 ReplyIf you'd been to America you would know why they can't ride bikes. I live 20 miles from work, and 25 miles from any public transportation down a road that goes 60mph with no shoulder, and no bike lane and hilly sandy soil. Biking would kill me within the week.
