A lot of people, particularly reactionary right wingers, use it to mean good times make effeminate men who respect women and ruin things for said reactionary men's unwashed undatable asses.
Yeah the people who peddle this the most are Boomers who think they are the strong men and that everyone younger than them are the weak men.
Also it's pointlessly gendered, which fits that Boomer vibe.
