3 0 ReplyOf course not intimidating. Only reassuring the jurors that they understand that they can refuse to convict for any reason, including just because they feel like it, even if the evidence is overwhelming
3 0 ReplyJurors can be excused by the judge if there is evidence that they are either being coerced or have an alternative agenda. But that's really rare.
