The guy in the middle is holding a goedendag.
Correct, I wonder why it´s depicted so short though. You can´t stop charging cavalry with something that short I think. Also:
The goedendag was probably set in the ground secured by the fighter's foot and aimed with both hands

Checks out. It's a combination of a club and spear. I'd imagine the shorter version is more on the club side, while the longer one is more on the stabby side.
Makes sense, there are barricades in the picture, so he did not bother bringing the long one.
