He's going to try and run for governor in West Virginia, then run for President in 2028, without a doubt.
Then shouldn't he back Harris so that there are still elections in 2028?
They will still need to hold "elections" and they will need someone with a D next to their name to win every 12-16 years to keep up a facade
then run for President in 2028
