Doesn't really happen in Cyberpunk tbh, you become incredibly OP a few hours in. Unless you're somewhere where you really shouldn't be, getting a strong build going is very easy

This is a common approach if API access is paid. Not doing this is equivalent to lighting your money on fire because someone WILL extract your API key and start scraping.
They will not give you the real API key. Everything you request will go through their own server, that way they can also cache stuff globally.

nginx. Traefik is near unusable if you ever need something that isn't dockerized. Caddy seems neat, but I miss some options you get with nginx.
nginx is just... good in all aspects.
