I for one welcome our new oct… oh, never mind. (Like the new logo!)
At first I thought your description was one of those AI image creation prompts.
Best medicine for me: go outside and engage in some kind of physical activity. Not necessarily strenuous — an easy walk with the dog, some light yard work, etc. Nature sounds are also helpful: listening to the wind in the trees, the sound of the water rippling over rocks, birdsong, summer cicadas and frogs, etc.
I have trouble with dark mode — after images, headaches. Much prefer light.
AH! Thank you so much! I think this may be an option they've added recently. So glad to have that ability now!
Exactly! My fingers have missed Apollo these last few weeks. Memmy feels SO familiar!
It's admirable that you have the knowledge and skill to build your own password manager, but to me that seems like (re)building the Queen Mary when this year's brand-new Jet Ski will do everything you need it to do. As you're most definitely the technical type, you really should check out Bitwarden.
Same, switching from LastPass to 1Password within the last year.
Question: does it annoy you how often you have to type the Master Password into 1Password? I feel like they really need to enable a "don't prompt on this computer" option. Granted it's less secure, but since the machine I use most is a desktop computer in a secure location, that's a choice I'd like to make for myself. As it is now, I have my Master Password displaying in an always-open text document which is a terrible alternative.
I attended a fundamentalist university (fml) where the women ate bananas in a similar fashion: curve up, one strip of peel off, with a spoon. Same reason as many in this thread have mentioned: too “unseemly” to eat it the normal way. 😒
At 4AM this morning the dog woke me up. I noticed that my night light automations weren't working and so quickly checked HA -- found that my recently rebuilt server (Debian) had crashed, not just HA. I couldn't ping or SSH and so had to force a power down/reboot.
Not sure if it's the same symptom as yours, but that's never happened to me before.
