Two separate entities with same thought process with some sort of multi-threading and there is one consciousness / free will.
Edit: Not a lot of is explained as MC is still new to the whole thing. If you are curious maybe read it. Not a lot plot but still something. I could also have wrong interpretation of the whole thing.
The emotions and fantasy skills are split but thinking and consciousness are connected. There are couple of interesting choices by the author about the mechanic like MC can't wake up themselfs. I fear that the author will disregard some things that were previously established.
spoiler for chapter 30
There is a plot hook for romance between themselfs but I guess it will be more of a comedic gag.
Not much LN this week but a couple of Web Novels and Manga
Waking Up As a Spaceship!? What’s a Ship Girl Supposed To Do Now?! - Really nice Space Opera Isekai about guy turned into AI. The chemistry between characters is quite good. Writing is decent. The international intrigue is there. World building is just a mix of different games like Elite Dangerous, EVE online etc. with claque of USA, UK and Japan as Space Empires. Sadly the author probably died during 2020 pandemic and there wasn't any more updates after that.
Reincarnated into Two Bodies - Fantasy Isekai but narrator has two bodies. The potential is there for some great shenanigans but for now I don't feel like it has gotten into its peak. I feel like there is a prologue and half of an story arc. (Maybe it will fill my bookworm hole with weekly chapters)
This frame is brilliant. The reflection in the glass is of Ruby and Aqua.
So you would need metal singing lessons instead of traditional ones.
Hitoner - One Shot
The latest work by Tomohiro Yagi, creator of "Iron Knight'' and "Red Sprite''! An earthling visits a planet where beastmen live. The beastmen are shaken by the sight of "humans" for the first time!? The beasts' observation of "humans" begins...!!
Really sweet tale about aliens and xenophobia.
I reccomend hopping on [email protected]
Finally finished.
It really explores an Idea that all the people in the world are living lives just like ours. With successes, tragedies and all in between. Can't wait for season 2.
Only Two shows managed to keep me interested.
Oshi no ko season 2 - At times I was on the edge of my seat.
Dungeon People - Very nice CGDCT show with an accent on comedy.
Also I was catching up with Apothecary Diaries but still got finale to watch.
P.S Bye Bye Earth got OST released this week. The only redeeming quality of that show.
Bye Bye, Earth - Vol. 1 - The Duel - (IMO best song)
Bye Bye, Earth - Vol. 2
Can't wait for anime adaptation (in 2025 ;-;)
Witch Hat Atelier is a great manga. Maybe I should catch up with it as I have 8 unread chapters.
Caught a flu so I had a bit of time to read.
Even a Replica Can Fall in Love - interesting story with nice climax but the ending after the climax was emotionally unsatisfying. A bit confusing on how the main supernatural power works. I would think that original sunao would end up in totally different circumstances than it was portrayed in the novel.
The Magic in this Other World is Too Far Behind! vol 1-4 - After the second volume quality slowly started to drop. In the fourth volume amount of lolis reached critical amount and author chose to write a harem of lolis around MC and I don't want to read something like that. (at least he doesn't do something explicit or implicit to them.) Action scenes felt a bit too long. The plot was uninteresting. Twists and turns felt forced. I wouldn't recommend reading it.
First and Last Idol ⅓ - this is a collection of sci-fi short stories and I have only read the first one. There are some modern sci-fi tropes. The plot felt like an approach towards black hole. Reader wishes that it would stop. It doesn't stop. The technical mumbo jumbo was a bit much and reading it felt like fever dream of man made horror.
So Clay finally feels at home in the dungeon. I wonder if Clay will find her father in the final episode next week (Probably not)
Also those black uniforms totally don't give off executioner kind of vibes.
I have rewatched the murder scene again. And I am totally lost on everything that happened.
Some thoughts and observations
a) the one who claims is the father is alive
b) he is a different person than the murderer
b2) totally forgot about the manipulator
c) the one with DNA match (murder-suicide) is also totally different person.
So Aqua convinced himself that the murderer & father is already dead. And feels free to pursue happiness.
Akane want's to support her boyfriend(?) and would try to steer him off from revenge
What is the Truth? What is the Lie? Does objective truth exists, or is it all just a believable fiction fabricated by the human mind?
There are a lot of red herrings and I am all for it.
Ikuta no kita - underratted because it's avan-garde and my experience watching it was great. 6.39 vs my 9/10
As I have watched a bit more avan-gerde films like "mad god" and "Tetsuo: the iron man" I would not grade it the same.
Clay finally starts to ask questions about her father. There are more mysteries than answers it's seems. So the predecessor developed a goblin substitute just so that they wouldn't need surrogate mothers.

This episode is a set up for something big. Aqua is going back to the site of his death(not 100% sure). Ruby got to fire up a composer for a banger that they will surely sing at the final.
Aqua's revenge coming to an end without closure to him and just switching plot to Ruby really enhances the dissatisfaction in the viewer. I love it.
Another Avan-garde short film to our collection
My goal is to read so not really.
I don't think flashcards are working for me.
So for 2-3 years I have been using flash cards to get to 1000 kanji and then switch for full immersion and extrapolate meaning with some dictionary. I only know around 150 kanji.
This method already worked for english and russian but without flash cards part. I learned first 1000 words + grammar in school by osmosis thorough textbooks.
My routine is 30 min a day for two weeks and then 2 week break due to boredom or some other factor. It makes my backlog huge and discouraging and my retention seems terrible (60-70%)
For the past 6 month I didn't make any new flashcards to remember. only reviews of old ones.
Do y'all have some better method to get to 1000 kanji inefficiently? Because it seems efficient method doesn't work for me.
Wavetracker a new Dn-FamiTracker alternative
>WaveTracker is a free and open source music-making software for Windows. It uses basic wavetable synthesis and sampling to generate sounds, with endless combinations of effects to warp, modify or distort waves and sounds.
It's just a week old and looks super dope. Wavetracker is inspired by Famitracker and pxTone Collage.

Midweek discussions - Volumes that withstood Time
What are your favourite Light Novels that are at least 10 years old?
I have recently read "I Saved Too Many Girls and Caused the Apocalypse vol 1" and to my surprise it started publishing in 2011. Most novels I read are fresh, with new volumes constantly being pumped out. It drowns out discussions about stories that are older but still worth the read.
AoB chapters clustered by word similarity.
Source and explanation:https://old.reddit.com/r/HonzukiNoGekokujou/comments/1epe57c/p5v12_clustering_all_chapters_in_the_main_story/
> TL;DR: All chapters are clustered using the lemmatized word frequencies (color). Then, they are then plotted in a way such that chapters with similar word frequency signatures are put closer to each other, and vice versa.
>Basically, the plot shows the relationship of the chapters: how close they are to one another. For example, the bottom right mostly involves commoners, no books, no magic. The top left is very different, all chapters there involve nobles, magic, and Myne now has access to books or the library to some extent. The bottom left mostly includes the end of Part 5, the war, the gods, and the Book. It is very different from the commoner time, but also not quite as peaceful as the time in the Royal Academy of top left. The chapters from the same volume aren't necessarily clustered together, either. For example, the Epilogue of P5V12 is a lot more similar to Parts 1 and 2. In fact, the cluster with P5V12 Epilogue mostly contains chapters about one's future or promises.
